Exhibition management covers far more than the stall itself. There are organiser manuals and deadlines, structural approvals, power loads, freight and material movement, build and dismantle windows, and the staff who will stand on the stand for three days. We plan all of it against the organiser’s calendar so nothing is left to the final night.
We work for exhibitors participating in trade shows and for organisers who need themed pavilions, food-truck style stalls, brand installations and display zones. Every design is checked for buildability, budget and the venue’s rules before it reaches fabrication.

How far in advance should we book exhibition stall design?
Ideally eight to ten weeks before the show. That allows time for design approval, organiser submissions and fabrication without rush charges. Shell-scheme upgrades can be turned around faster.
Do you handle organiser approvals and paperwork?
Yes. We prepare structural drawings, power load requests, contractor badges and other submissions required by the organiser manual, and track every deadline.
Can the same stall be reused for other shows?
If you plan to exhibit repeatedly, we can design a modular stall that reconfigures for different plot sizes, which reduces cost over a season of shows.
Do you provide staff for the stall?
We can provide trained hostesses and lead-capture support, and brief them on your products so your sales team can focus on qualified conversations.
