Event branding is the design, printing, fabrication and installation of everything that carries an identity at a venue — stage backdrops, entrance arches, step-and-repeat walls, standees, signage and venue dressing — so the brand stays consistent from the entrance to the stage.

Event branding has to work at very different distances: an entrance arch read from across a road, a stage backdrop seen on a LED relay and in every photograph, and directional signage read in a busy corridor. We design each element for its viewing distance and lighting, then match materials to how long it has to last.

Our studio adapts your brand guidelines to event formats, prepares print-ready artwork, and manages printing, fabrication and installation. Everything is checked on site against the layout before guests arrive.

What is included in event branding?

Everything that carries your identity at the venue: stage backdrops, entrance arches, photo walls, standees, directional signage, registration fascia, podium wraps and venue dressing — plus artwork adaptation, print and installation.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. We adapt your guidelines to event formats and share artwork proofs and a branding layout for approval before anything goes to print.

How long does event branding production take?

Standard print and installation can be turned around in five to seven working days after artwork approval. Fabricated arches, installations and custom structures need longer depending on size.

Do you remove branding after the event?

Yes. We schedule dismantle with the venue and leave the space as we found it. Reusable elements can be packed and returned to you.
